This program is designed for relational insight, emotional awareness, and healthier communication.It is not intended as:

The process focuses on understanding relational dynamics, emotional patterns, communication styles, and emotional needs within non-clinical contexts.If significant clinical concerns emerge during the process, appropriate recommendations for specialized support may be discussed separately.


How the Process Works

Step 1 — Introductory Meeting (Free)

A 30-minute online conversation adapted to the relational context.This may include:

Step 2 — Individual Psychological Assessment

Each participant completes a separate assessment process privately and independently.Depending on the relational context, the assessment may explore:

  • emotional needs and vulnerabilities.

Step 3 — Individual Interpretation Session — Person A

An individual session focused on exploring:

This session creates an emotionally safe space for personal reflection and understanding.


Step 4 — Individual Interpretation Session — Person B

A separate individual session for the second participant focused on:

  • perceptions of the relationship,
  • communication and conflict dynamics.

The purpose is not evaluation, but emotional understanding and awareness.


Step 5 — Shared Relationship Mapping Session
